And no, this wasn't luck. I'm not somebody who only teaches Section 8 because I read about it in a book. I am an actual former real estate attorney who studied real estate, invested for years, dove deep on what actually WORKS to be a successful Section 8 Landlord...
...and then went out and built a million-dollar rental portfolio using the exact same system I teach.
I didn't start out as a Section 8 expert though.
I started with Airbnb.
I scaled it. I hired a team. I was making real money ($250k/yr revenue).
And I was absolutely exhausted.
Airbnb is a hospitality business disguised as passive income, and it almost broke me.
I've done wholesaling, flips, and traditional rentals, too. I was successful...
BUT none of them gave me what I actually wanted:
stability, simplicity, and income that showed up without me chasing after it.
Then life hit hard. (*mild trigger warning*)
We lost a pregnancy and our first baby girl in 2021.
(By God's grace, we've since had two happy, healthy little ones - a boy and a girl)

But at the time, everything stopped. I needed a strategy that fit the season of life I was in, one that was gentle, profitable, and did not require me to be "on" or hustling all the time.
That's when I went ALL IN on Section 8.
Guaranteed rent paid by the government.
Long-term tenants.
Recession-proof, pandemic-proof, administration-proof cash flow.
And because of my legal background, I knew exactly how to structure agreements, screen tenants, and protect my properties the right way.
Within 2 years, I had built a 7-figure Section 8 rental portfolio (WITH amazing long-term tenants).
